You received a skin specimen for invasive SCC.  Consequently, due to the positive subcutaneous margins of this first specimen, bone corresponding to the lesion was removed from this patient.  Although the second specimen had negative margins, it was determined that the tumor had in fact involved the bone.  Based on these findings, what stage would you give this case?
