TX:  Applied Profound topical gel. Administered 1.7ml of Xylocaine w/epi 1:100,000; Infiltration. Profound anesthesia achieved. Removed decay with #330 and various round burs. Sound tooth structure remained. Applied 35% phosphoric etch, rinsed and dried. Applied Optibond, cured for 10secs. Restored with Esthetic X composite- A2. Checked occlusion, adjusted and polished.
