Painting requires a complete paint booth to keep all the fumes from filling the entire plant. A cylinder comes out of the paint booth every 20 seconds. Four guys currently work in painting. After painting, 600 cylinders are waiting to be boxed for shipment. The Boxing Department consists of one person who box six cylinders together every 60 seconds. The finish products end up on the shipping dock where we counted 1,000 cylinders.  For the painting step, the processing time is?
