You’ve been working with a graduate student in the lab to investigate the properties of two different drugs and how they affect memory behavior in a model of Alzheimer’s Disease in rats. Your faculty advisor (principal investigator or PI) wants an update on the project, and the graduate student is sick that day so now you have to explain the results of your study to the PI. You pull up the slides that the graduate student created for the presentation and explain the figures she created. Describe how you would explain the results in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
