I have completely read the nursing handbook and the course syllabus and the first day handout for Nur 3805. I understand and agree to the course and nursing program requirements as described in these  documents. By agreeing to this, I am also acknowledging that I understand that it is my responsibility to seek needed clarification from the course instructor regarding documents or requirements for the course and/or nursing program, special needs or circumstances.

Because this is an online class, I can work through course content in ANY ORDER I want to.

Each module includes recorded lectures.  I can be successful in this course without viewing/listening to these lectures..

If I am unable to take the Final Exam at the scheduled time, all I have to do is to contact the instructor the following week to make other arrangements.

I will not be able to access Module 1 until I complete START MODULE assignments  and make the required scores.

The student who doesn’t take the Final Exam will still get a passing grade for this course.
