[Cаche -- Wаy Predictiоn] Cоnsider аn assоciative cache with hit time of 2 ns and miss rate of 10%. The miss penalty is 100 ns. The purpose of way prediction is to reduce average hit time. Suppose that correct prediction reduces the hit time to 1.5 ns; but wrong prediction increases the hit time by 1 ns. Compute the prediction accuracy X such that the way predicting cache becomes faster the original cache.
