The patient took one of their own NTG without relief. PMH: HTN, angina; 30-yr hx of smoking; moderate obesity. Meds: Lopressor. Skin is pale, cool & moist. VS: BP 130/70, pulse present, HR & rhythm as below; R 22; RA SpO2 95%, heart and lung sounds are normal. rhythm2.jpg The pain persists and there are no contraindications to administer nitro.
