I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT GRADED ON MY FITNESS TEST RESULTS. Therefоre, there is nо reаsоn to lie аbout my scores or lie аbout actually doing the fitness tests. It is okay if someone scores low. We are GRADED ON THOUGHTFULLY ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS WITH 2-3 COMPLETE SENTENCES. The teacher even provides examples in the questions to help us see what we need to do.  I recognize that lying to myself can have profound negative effects on my mental health. Lying to myself creates a bad habit of self-deception and self-destruction that undermines my integrity and personal values. This can lead to increased depression, anxiety, stress, and developing a low self-esteem.  There is no reason to lie about doing these tests. Even if someone walks the entire mile it only takes 20-minutes. It is okay if someone cannot do a proper push-up or sit-up since we are graded on our answers to the questions, not the results. If someone scores low, they can still get full credit for thoughtfully writing about how they can improve and do better in the future. I might as well DO MY BEST and see what elements of fitness I need to improve upon to have better health in the future.
