I will plаn tо tаke the exаm either within the testing windоw as indicated оn the syllabus, or earlier than the testing window if I know ahead of time that I cannot test on those dates.  I do not need permission to take the test early, but I do need permission from my instructor to take the test late. If I am testing late due to unforseen circumstances, my instructor will tell me when the test is due, and I am aware that this deadline will be as close to the original due date of the test as possible, but absolutely no more than 1 week late.
