Acаdemic Miscоnduct Respоnse: If I suspect аcаdemic miscоnduct — including but not limited to cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or unauthorized AI use — I will: Provide the student with written notice of the suspected violation Require a meeting to discuss the student's performance and the suspected violation — please note that even in an asynchronous online course, this meeting may be required in person on campus Notify the student of their rights according to SCC policy Document all communications and findings according to college procedures Additionally, if academic misconduct is suspected, I reserve the right to require a student to complete future major assignments or assessments at the SCC Testing Center under supervised conditions for the remainder of the semester.
