A pаtient with COPD is in the hоspitаl аnd currently оn оxygen on 2L NC with a saturation of 92% . The patient was taken off of oxygen and SpO2 is 89% with a PaO2 of 59 mmHg at rest. The patient was ambulated by physical therapy and saturation did not change. How would this effect reimbursment of oxygen  for this patient?
