Juliet is а fаtcаt investment banker whо made a fоrtune during her wildly successful career оn Wall Street. She got married in October 2020.  A lovely ceremony, I am told.  Her chiffon mask was stunning.  She married Romeo, who is a street musician and career student.  Love is blind.  Weeks before the wedding ceremony, Juliet and Romeo had entered into a valid antenuptual ageement.  Each party had their own attorney, and the agreement was fair and equitable.  The agreement stipulated that in the event of divorce, Romeo was to receive, among other things, a beautiful summer palace (not the couple's primary residence) that Juliet owned on Gull Lake near Brainard, Minnesota.  Now four years later, Romeo asks for your advice.  He fears that the romance is gone, and that Juliet might divorce him and run off with a former colleague, Damian.  He also has reason to believe that Juliet is plotting to sell her summer palace on Gull Lake, which could deprive Romeo of his right to receive title to that property upon a divorce. What should Romeo do?  (Note: I am just looking for an answer that is one sentence or two.)
