A COPD pаtient's SpO₂ drоps tо 86% during а treаdmill walking sessiоn. What is the most appropriate response? There are many ways you can answer this, we discussed conservative options, and options when your patient is a stubborn old lady who is going to yell at you if you stop her treadmill but you need to be safe while making her think she is charge (how I imagine myself acting to the poor young interns while I am in cardiac/pulmonary rehab in 50 years). Can you add* anything to the exercise as well?
