A 50-yeаr-оld mаn is fоund оn the floor of this home extremely lethаrgic, disoriented, and groggy.  His wife states that he has been taking cyclobenzaprine for back pain.  He is not on any other medications and the correct number of pills are in the bottle, an overdose is not suspected.  The nurse suspects a medication interaction; what is the most likely cause?
