A 22 yeаr оld dаy cаre wоrker presents tо the office with bilateral red eyes for the past 2-3 days. She reports that it started with the left eye and then moved to the right eye. She notes that several kids in the daycare have the same symptoms.  She indicates that her eyes are very itchy and that she has been experiencing a watery discharge from the eyes as well. She denies any yellow/green discharge, crusting or matting of the eyes or lids. She denies changes in vision, double vision or blurry vision. On examination you note a normal fundoscopic exam, PERRLA, EOMI and tarsal conjunctiva have a bumpy appearance. What are your recommendations for treatment?
