Pleаse reаd the fоllоwing study аnd answer the fоllowing question: Cox is a medication with many beneficial effects on health. Researchers observed that taking Cox by mouth could improve inflammation and mood. Scientists were curious if taking Cox could reduce back pain. They speculated that if individuals take Cox daily then they would have less back pain than those who do not take Cox. To test this, they took 200 people with low back pain and put them into two groups. Group A took 1 Cox pill by mouth daily for 6 months. Group B took a sugar pill by mouth daily for 6 months. The two groups were observed and the back pain was measured on a scale of 0 – 10 (where 0 was no pain and 10 was the most severe pain) prior to the start of the experiment and at the end of the 6 months. Researchers found that the average pain score was similar between the two groups prior to the start of the experiment but at the end of the 6 months, Group A had a 60% reduction in the pain score while Group B had a 10% reduction in pain score. Thus, scientists concluded that taking Cox reduces back pain. Which of the following is the prediction statement?
