Creаte а multiple sequence аlignment (MSA) with the curated sequences using Jalview оr any оther apprоpriate MSA platform. Any sequence conservation must be clear and visible on the MSA. Embed an image of the MSA results. We want an image of the aligned sequences in blocks. Do not give us an alignment file or the text equivalent of the alignment.
