One year after the storage facility had been erected, O executed a conveyance of all his “right, title and interest in and to Blackacre” to M. O died shortly thereafter, leaving all of his property to H (his only heir at law). It is now four months after O’s death, and H has demanded possession of Blackacre from A and C. In addition, M has advised A and C that he owns Blackacre. Discuss the respective rights of M, A, C and H.
