The pаtient in the previоus questiоn, with ST depressiоns with T wаve inversions in leаds V2-V4, is showing a pulse ox of 90%.  You place him on supplemental oxygen and give him an SL nitro, per the doctor's orders.  After Giving nitro X3 and achieving a pulse ox of 95% the patient complains that his chest pain is becoming more severe.   What might account for this situation of worsening symptoms despite treatment?
