Here аre the mаin exаm pоlicies, listed belоw: Exam envirоnment and materials acknowledgment I understand and agree that I must follow these requirements for each Honorlock-proctored assessment, unless an approved accommodation provides otherwise: Location: Take the assessment alone in a quiet, private, well-lit room with the door closed. Sit at a desk or table with a clear workspace. No one else may enter or exit the room while I am taking the assessment. Clothing: Remain fully clothed, including a shirt and pants, shorts, or a skirt, or a dress, throughout the assessment. Webcam visibility: Remain seated and clearly visible in the required camera views for the entire assessment, through submission. Do not leave the cameras’ view or reposition either camera after setup. Phone as external webcam: Use my phone as the required external webcam, positioned to provide a clear side-angle view of me, my workspace, and my computer screen. Keep it connected and in position throughout the assessment, through submission. Do not use it for any other purpose during the assessment. Permitted materials: Have only my computer and its required peripherals, my phone serving as the external webcam, one blank sheet of scratch paper, and one pen or pencil at my workspace. At the beginning of the assessment, show both sides of the blank sheet to the webcam to demonstrate that they are blank before writing on it. Prohibited items: Remove books, notes, additional paper, handheld calculators, headphones, and other unapproved materials. Power off and place other electronic devices—including additional computers, tablets, smartwatches, and smart glasses—out of reach. Do not use additional monitors. Honorlock setup: Complete the required ID scan, workspace photo, and all other steps requested during the Honorlock setup process. Computer setup: Complete all required Honorlock checks and keep the Honorlock Desktop App running throughout the assessment. Do not access unauthorized websites, applications, AI tools, or outside assistance. Independent work: Do not communicate with or receive help from anyone other than authorized proctoring or technical support personnel during the assessment. Exam content: Do not share any exam content during or after the assessment. Failure to comply: I understand that I will receive a 0 on the assessment if I violate any of these requirements or fail to complete any required step in the Honorlock process, including (but not limited to) the ID scan, workspace photo, or showing both sides of my scratch paper to demonstrate that they are blank before writing on it.
