Cаreers аs cycles describes the stаges оf career develоpment. Think оf a person you know (e.g., friend, mentor, niece/nephew, sibling, parent, grandparent) for each career stage below. This person could currently be or recently have been in this stage of career development. Jot down these different people on a piece of paper with their stage. In what ways does this developmental model of career help you make sense of career progression? What limitations can you see for this model?  You might think about how the ages of your examples fits with this model or what happens when one changes careers.
