Yоu аre perfоrming а cоntrаst enhanced ultrasound of a liver lesion.  During the procedure the mass became brightly echogenic compared to the surrounding liver tissue in the arterial and portal venous phases. On delayed imaging the lesion was hypoechoic compared to the surrounding liver tissue.  What is the most likely diagnosis?
