If we find a key which eventually gets back to a previously seen key, we call this a cycle. Implement the function has_cycle function, which takes in this dictionary format and checks if there are any cycles within the dictionary. If there is, return True. Otherwise, return False. {0: 1, 1: 2, 2: 1, 4: 5} should return True as 0 goes to 1, goes to 2, 2 goes back to 1. {0: 1, 1: 2, 2: 3, 8: 0} should return False as there are no keys which eventually revisit a seen key. {0: 1, 1: 2, 2: 3, 4: 4} should return True as 4 goes to itself. {} doesn't have anything, so it always should be False.
