This Finаl Exаm hаs a time limit оf 180 minutes (3 hоurs).This Final Exam cоnsists of questions that cover both the ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Coding Manuals.Numbers 1-16 are composed of 4 true/false, 11 multiple choice, and 1 matching questions that pertain to the  concepts of ICD-10-CM coding.Numbers 17-48 are fill-in-the blank (ICD-10-CM code assignment) questions.Numbers 49-62 are composed of 2 true/false and 12 multiple choice questions that pertain to the  concepts of ICD-10-PCS coding.Numbers 63-88 are fill-in-the blank (ICD-10-PCS code assignment) questions.Each question is worth 1 point (matching questions and ICD-10-CM questions requiring two codes are set up for partial credit; each correct match or code is worth 1 point).   Partial credit is provided for questions requiring two codes, however sequencing guidelines must be followed.This Final Exam will save and submit automatically when the time expires.This Final Exam can be saved and resumed at any point until time has expired. The timer will continue to run if you leave the test, so you should plan to take this test in one sitting.This Final Exam is due on July 30, 2026 at 12:00:00 PM EDT (NOON).The use of a secondary device (laptops, smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, etc,) is not allowed and considered a form of academic dishonesty and the consequences of doing so may result in a zero for a first offense and WF for repeated offenses. Honorlock flags students who are caught using a secondary device. Also prohibited are the following: notes, texts, online materials or other such unauthorized materials; For example, connecting with classmates by phone, email, Snapchat, GroupMe etc. while taking quizzes and tests.You are PERMITTED to use both your ICD-10-CM 2026 Coding Manual and ICD-10-PCS 2026 Coding Manual.
