List three historiаl persons from the period of American history covered in this class (1877-present) whom you would automatically ban, or conversely, list three historical figures you'd kidnap and hold hostage...errr...absolutely welcome in your country, and provide a brief explanation for each. The historical persons do not necessarily have to be Americans, but they do have to be associated with the time period covered in HIST 1302: 1877-present. There is no judgement here, so create the country you wish to live in. Historical accuracy, however, does matter, so please do not tell me you'd welcome Ghengis Khan with open arms because he's been dead since the 13th century CE.
