The nursing staff giving report to the evening shift states that the patient has been very pleasant and working hard to deal with her depression. The RN on the evening shift states that is very different than the patient has been on evening shift for the past two days. This RN reports the patient has been complaining that she is not getting any help from the evening nursing staff, that the unit rules are unfair, and she might make a formal complaint.
