I hаve reаd аnd viewed all infоrmatiоn prоvided by my instructor in the Exam 1 Module: Exam opens Monday, June 1st at 8:00 am and Closes Wednesday, June 3rd at 11:59 PM CT.  I am aware of exam submission policies and work submission policies for this exam.  I am aware that I must perform the room scan as indicated in the proctoring guidelines and in the SSCC Proctoring guideline videos if using the automated testing software.  I am aware that I must download and print the Exam 1 Answer Sheet prior to beginning my exam from the Exam 1 Module: Exam opens Monday, June 1st at 8:00 am and Closes Wednesday, June 3rd at 11:59 PM CT, and all handwritten work must be shown on the answer sheet provided by my instructor.   I am also aware that failure to submit my work within 15 minutes of completing my exam will result in 0 points for all problems where work is required.  Lastly, I am aware that failure to show my work in my submitted file, regardless of the correct answer, will result in 0 points for any question where work is required.    Lastly, I am aware that there on-campus / Testing Center options (both Shelton State Testing Centers and other Institution based Testing Centers or with your instructor) if I would prefer to test in that manner.
