A dairy producer vaccinated a group of post-weaned calves 3…

A dаiry prоducer vаccinаted a grоup оf post-weaned calves 3 weeks ago.  The calves had been eating and acting normally before they were processed. They do have fence line contact with some heifers that have been grouped to begin breeding.  The calves were dewormed, dehorned and received the following vaccines: a MLV intranasal vaccine (IBR, PI3), a 4-way MLV (respiratory viruses – given SQ), 5-way lepto, 7-way clostridia with Histophillus somnus and a Pasteurella/Mannheimia combination product.  The producer boostered all the vaccines 7 days ago.  Two days after the booster vaccines, he started seeing sick calves with what he called thought was pneumonia (deep coughs, nasal/ocular discharge, depression, reduced feed intakes).  He treated the obvious sick one (about 30) with Baytril.  He has not seen a dramatic improvement in the ones he’s treated and more are getting sick.  What is your initial diagnosis:
