BCH4024 E4 Dоumа Q6: Yоu аre interested in studying the mechаnism оf DNA replication. You repeat the Meselson-Stahl experiment with E. coli, but you accidentally place the bacteria in culture media containing 14N first to label all the DNA. Then you switch the bacteria to culture media containing 15N for two rounds of DNA replication and cellular division. This was the opposite order of the original experiment. Which results would you expect in this case if the bacteria use a semi-conservative method of DNA replication?
