Janet's mother, Martha, who was in charge of the funeral for her husband, wanted to use the Bayard Funeral Home. Martha called Bayard to pick up her husband's body from Albert & Co. Bayard sent their representative. When the Bayard representative arrived Albert & Co. refused to release Mr. Smith's body without payment.
