Yоu аre the cоnvenоr, pleаse аdvise if you feel each of the following conflicts is suitable for mediation explain why or why not.  1)Olga and Kyle work in the same ward at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton. Olga came to Canada last year as a refugee after war in her home country. Olga has 15 years of experience as a nurse, Kyle graduated from nursing school last year. Kyle is constantly frustrated with Olga because she spends too much time talking to the patients and Kyle can never read her comments on the patient charts. Olga thinks that Kyle is too focused on rushing through his job and does not realize that every patient has a life story and that they are scared and in pain. Kyle has several times caught Olga speaking in another language to other nurses while looking at him and is sure that Olga is speaking about him. Kyle has made a complaint to the Manager that Olga is unprofessional and bad at her job. (2 marks) 2) Janet and Dell work in the cafeteria at the local high school. The other day the cafeteria ran out of French fries, French fries are the biggest seller at the cafeteria. Janet overhead Dell telling the cook that it was Janet’s fault that they ran out of fries because she did not put in the weekly order. Janet confronts Dell later that she absolutely put in the order, but there was a problem with the supplier. Dell tells Janet that she needs to get out of his face. Janet steps closer to Dell and asks “what are you going to do about it?” Dell tells Janet again to “get out of my face!”  Janet tells Dell “he better watch his back because she just might happen to run him over in the parking lot.” (2 marks)
