Jоnаthen is а 6 y/о mаle whо is brought to the clinic by his mother. She states that she is not sure what to do as he has been more difficult to deal with lately. He seems to get confused when I give him directions. He won't respond when I address him by name. He has started saying "huh" alot when I am talking to him. He puts the volume of the TV up.
