Cаse Eleven A 51-yeаr-оld G3P3 cоmes tо the office for а routine preventive examination. She has no concerns, no medical conditions, and takes no medications. She had three normal vaginal deliveries with bilateral tubal ligation after her third delivery. She is sexually active with her husband and has had no new partners. She has no history of abnormal cervical cancer screening tests or sexually transmitted infections. Her last cervical cancer screening test was one year ago. Her menstrual cycles are irregular, and she had only 4 periods last year. Her last menstrual period was 2 months ago. Her family history is significant for a sister diagnosed with uterine cancer at age 52, another sister diagnosed with breast cancer at age 42, and a maternal aunt who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at age 49. On examination, she has normal vital signs. Her thyroid, breast, heart, lungs, and abdominal exams are normal. On pelvic examination, she has normal external genitalia, normal vagina, cervix, uterus and adnexa.
