An 18 yeаr оld mаle is brоught tо the emergency depаrtment by his parents after exhibiting some odd behavior.  His parents are suspecting drug use and are demanding a toxicology screen.  His parents state the patient has been acting inappropriately in public and has been bringing home a different girlfriend every week.  They also note several other subjective changes in personality.   In speaking with the patient, the physician discovers the patient’s thoughts are quite disordered.  The patient’s physical exam is normal.  Besides blood work and a urine toxicology screen, the physician orders a CT scan of the head, and a large tumor is seen.  Based on the information above, where is the tumor?
