In his plan, he pledged to "fix the frayed connective tissue that permeates the health care system" in order to enable families to more easily access help for their struggling children. Some of the (12) recommendations include: expanding eligibility for services, developing more transitional housing so that fewer young people wait in Emergency Rooms, and creating an online portal for easier family access to information.
