This hospital serves the community of the Seis District. The pharmacy has more than 20 people working there, serving several outlets in the hospital and district. When Ms Semata assumed her duties as manager management and leadership were not the focus. They were short of supplies, and the absenteeism rate of personnel was particularly high. Organisation and coordination were poor, and there were little cooperation and teamwork among the different sections of the pharmacy. Morale was low due to the unrelenting workload, the constant bickering and disagreements, and the stress of serving very ill patients at the hospital.Ms Semata immediately eld a meeting with the pharmacy staff to introduce herself.
