Pleаse fоllоw the instructiоns cаrefully: 1. If you did not print it, open the CT Assessment. 2. On а piece of loose leaf paper, print your name and CWID (the number assigned to you by the college). All pages must have your CWID. 3. Clearly label your answers to the well-labeled questions. 4. Devote sufficient time to the assessment and ensure your answers are written using proper grammar and complete sentences, as requested. Each assessment submission must be your own work. 5. You have 30 minutes to complete the assessment and show the camera BOTH sides of EVERY piece of paper you started with. This must be slow and thorough. 6. You will use your phone to scan pictures of your work into ONE single document that can save as a pdf and will then be uploaded here. You will be unable to access the upload area once the quiz closes. Be sure to work quickly! When scanning, you must combine all pages into ONE pdf. No other format will be accepted.
