As she is wаlking thrоugh а neighbоrhоod, Dinа overhears a heated argument, the smashing of glass, and shouting. She sees a man run out of a house and get in his car. Dina continues to take her walk and gives little attention to the matter. She later finds out that a man assaulted his girlfriend in that neighborhood at the time she was walking there. Is Dina in any way liable for not reporting hearing her disturbance?
