Stаn аnd Tоmmy were brоthers. Bоth were weаlthy businessmen. Unfortunately, Tommy was terminally ill, and Stan visited Tommy. Tommy told Stan to hold Tommy’s property in trust for Tommy’s daughter, Dana, who was 15 at the time. The trust was to consist of expensive real property located at 12 Ocean View in Newport Beach and Tommy’s exotic car collection. The income from the trust property was to benefit Dana until she reached the age of 45 at which time the trust property was to be distributed to Dana in full. The income was to be distributed solely in Stan’s discretion. Two weeks after that visit Tommy passed away. Stan moved into the expansive house on Ocean View to care for it and maintain it for Dana.
