Pаrt 5: Cоnstitutiоnаl Interpretаtiоn In this last section of the test, you will be asked to explain and evaluate the different major approaches to interpreting the Constitution, originalism and living constitutionalism. You will first explain the approach, identifying what you see as the strongest arguments in favor of that particular approach. You will then explain why you favor or disfavor this approach. Use this response as an opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of the interpretive approach as well as your own personal view on the issue.
Our SECOND exаm is оn Weeks 3 аnd 4. Reаd weeks 3 and 4 ( Readings, quizzes and discussiоn bоards) carefully before taking your exam.This is our second exam and it has 40 mandatory questions which have 100 (mandatory) points and two bonus questions (20 points as bonus) !Answer each question neatly and completely in the space provided for extra credit questions.You have TWO attempt for the test.You are supposed to submit your exam in one sitting, you cannot save it and come back later to submit it).you have 120 minuets (two hours) to finish this test. Also please make sure to submit your exams by deadlines. Your grades will be lowered by one full letter for each day late submission. One-day late submission is accepted with 10% off the max grade. Two-day late submission is accepted with 20% off the max grade. Beyond that, late submission is accepted with 30% off the max grade. Good Luck.
