A cоuple hаs been trying fоr mоnths to get pregnаnt but cаn't. Both the man and woman have no issues with their hormone levels. They've gotten pregnant before. The male seems to have viable sperm and the female has viable eggs.  About a month ago the man experienced issues with having to urinate and had a UTI (urinary tract infection), but that is all that showed up in the results. He was given antibiotics and felt better, He still, however, has issues urinating. The female did get a check up to ensure she is okay. All that we found was sloughing of the endometrium at the time. What could be the issue?
