Her social history reveals no tobacco/recreational drug use, exercises 5 days a week (run 1-2 miles) without activity intolerance, and has 1-2 mixed alcoholic drinks per week socially. Her PMH is unremarkable aside from a "mild heart murmur found when I was a teen during a sports physical to run track. I was informed not to worry about it."
