Include the following in your observation: Cognition, Posture, Balance, UE & LE PROM/AROM and strength, Coordination, Grasp/Pinch and Sensation. This is different than true occupational therapy evaluation where we might focus more on the function. This client is also very different from other clients we have observed. Don't stress about where to put things or what to call them. Just observe and tell us what you see.
