Step 2: Write! Pаsо 1: Describe twо different peоple from the imаge. Include detаils such as: name age relationship to other people in the image physical characteristics personality characteristics invent any other details as needed (i.e. nationality, where they are from, where they live, what they study, their profession, etc.) NOTE: Your writing should fully demonstrate your language skills. If you fail to include relevant details, I will have to assume it is because you cannot produce them. Paso 2: Use the simple present tense to tell what is happening in the picture. A list of sentences is perfectly acceptable. Consider organizing related ideas into loose "groups" This can help you brainstorm - see where you could add additional information to each group to showcase your language skills. You must use a minimum of 12 unique verbs in this section. Try to not to overly repeat the same verb in multiple sentences. (i.e. Don’t say “Pepe come” three different ways.) Underline each verb in this section. Use the helpful hints at the bottom of this page for some vocab support. Pay careful attention to your verb forms. Include relevant details where possible: where? to where? from where? with whom? when? at what time? why? You should include where people are, locations around town, and / where they do various activities, as needed to describe the image. You may also use the future tense to tell what people are going to do, if that fits the image. It is ok to invent details to showcase your language, so long as it could be true based on the image. (i.e. If we see someone holding a basketball, let's not assume they are going to go swimming later, but maybe they are going to watch basketball on TV later.) You may also use other verb phrases to tell what people want to do, intend to do, prefer to do, etc, if that fits the image. This section should be well-developed and include a wide variety of vocabulary. Please note that using a minimum of 12 verbs crammed into 3 sentences will not be sufficient to demonstrate the various phrases we are learning to control. Your writing in this section should show all of the things you know how to say. Try to creatively showcase the various phrases we have been practicing since the midterm exam. If you fail to include relevant details, I will have to assume it is because you cannot produce them. Take full advantage of your 90-minute time limit. Step 3: Proofread Before submitting your composition, re-read everything. Take the time to look for verb agreement, adjective agreement, etc. Correct your writing as needed.
