Elbow extensors = 0 bilaterally. Finger flexors = 0 bilaterally. Finger abductors = 0 bilaterally.  LEs: All key myotomes = 0 bilaterally.  Voluntary anal contraction absent. Sensory: light touch and sharp/dull intact to the thumb bilaterally, impaired along the medial arm, absent below.  S4-5 sensation/deep anal pressure present.
