I hаve neither witnessed nоr pаrticipаted in any dishоnest wоrk during this exam.  I did not use any source material (other than the Lab Values sheet) during the exam I followed proctoring guidelines (no beverages, sunglasses, hats, headphones) I did not have any other electronic devices near me during the exam I did not (and will not) share or receive information about the exam  My face is on camera (in Honor Lock) during the entirety of the exam) If you have witnessed or participated in any dishonest work, please report this information to Dr. Ingalsbe. Your information will remain confidential.  Evidence of dishonest work will result in a score of 0 for the exam.
