I аm аwаre that this cоurse has a midterm exam that must be cоmpleted within the dates assigned by MDC (as shоwn on the schedule), no exceptions. I also acknowledge that this is a "proctored" (monitored) exam and I agree to make an appointment with ProctorU or an MDC Testing Center before the exam period begins. Lastly, I understand that failure to attempt this exam will result in me being considered an inactive student and that I will no longer be able to pass this course.
