A 72 yeаr оld mаle with PMH оf аоrtic valve replacement and HTN presents complaining of a right sided headache for the last 2 days after striking his head on a cabinet door, which was left open.  He had no loss of consciousness at the time of the injury.  The patient takes Coumadin daily.  On exam he is awake, alert and oriented x 3, pupils are equal, round and reactive to light @ 3 mm, his cranial nerve exam is normal, his DTRs are 2+ throughout, his lungs are clear and equal bilaterally, his abdomen is soft and non distended and he has no cervical spine tenderness or step offs on palpation.  Right temporal region soft tissue scalp swelling with a small abrasion. VS: HR: 82, BP: 128/84, RR: 18, O2 Sat 96% on room air. Please provide differential diagnosis for this presentation (list at least 5) AND what imaging would be indicated for this case.
