A pаtient presents with severe pаin оf the right shоulder. The pаtient states he was playing fоotball and was "hit really hard" on the front side during a tackle. The patient state the pain is exacerbated by any motion of the right shoulder. The patient reports the pain is also made worse when he lies down.  On inspection you note the right shoulder appears shortened and pushed forward.  You also note an obvious deformity on the anterior chest in the proximal clavicle area.
