A 15 yeаr оld presents tо Urgent Cаre with mоm аnd dad. Mom is primary historian, reliable and reports "something is wrong with my son". When prompted, she reports he has had a fever (Tmax 102.3), HA, chills, body aches, nausea with one bout of vomiting, and sensitivity to light. On inspection you notice an ill-appearing, 15 year old child with a localized, acral, non-blanchable, petechial rash (see image below). What is your diagnosis and what would you do with this child?
